Summary: A laser processing method that can treat magnet roller surfaces in copy machines to achieve digitally even surface roughness by simultaneously providing black-paint coat removal and laser blasting.
1. Background of InventionUnder such circumstances, we developed a new idea—using a laser instead of the bit for recycling MR among other rollers used inside. Subsequent MR recycling processes are conducted in a fully automated operation that utilizes laser power, MR rotation frequency, and laser beam feed rate for a cleaner environment. In this way, such rollers can be recycled again and again.
Simultaneous treatment of black-paint peeling and surface abrasion for an indicative digital roughness without altering the outside diameter!
(1) Able to simultaneously facilitate paint-coat peeling and surface abrasion digital processing
(2) Able to implement cleaner, automated processing.
(3) No changes to outside diameter dimensions
(4) Recycling can be carried out multiple times, making recycling possible for as long as the MR body itself is operational
(1) Copy machine manufacturers and related businesses that still carry out MR recycling processes using bites
(2) Businesses reviewing cost reduction of material costs and expenses
(3) Businesses currently developing new large-scale ventures or expansions
(4) Businesses experiencing difficulties with organic paint-peeling at both ends of photoconductor drums
Please note: Technology leasing, sales and purchases are available pending further negotiation.
