Prototype manufacture: From design creation to pilot model production
We provide a rough sketch incorporating the demands of the client, which can then be followed up by design drawing, design engineering and prototype model production.

First, we draw a design image that illustrates the client's request and obtain approval from the client (#1). Next, we create 3-D data for optical forming and confirm product configurations (#2). We then assemble it with an actual gauge to confirm the interface (#3). Finally, at an exhibition, we conduct marketing research using a pilot model (#4).
